For a complete diagnosis of the problem, it is necessary to return the following items to the service center:

• Repair Order Form

• Proof of Purchase

• Tool with backup pad and AC power cord

• Transformer with AC power cord (Mirka CEROS only)


Do not return coaxial vacuum hoses, dust extractors, plastic cases, instruction manuals or other accessories.


You will receive an email containing a link to a FedEx shipping label, a copy of your Repair Order Form and shipping instructions.
